On 19th March 2019, the MEO Remote app, released on the 17th September 2018, achieved a rating of 4.4 in the App Store, a milestone for applications developed at Altice Labs.
Those who worked on the project know that this value does not come by chance, comes from the hard work and dedication of a multidisciplinary team, from design to development, testing, rapid incident monitoring and customer satisfaction, but always with particular focus on the user experience.
We want to do more, we want to do better, and the next step is to improve the rating, at the same level as the big ones like Google Maps, Flipboard, Spotify, Revolut, among others.
MEO Remote is an evolution of MEO’s physical command and has features that would never be possible in the traditional command, such as:
– Allowing access to additional information about what’s being broadcasted on TV without losing anything from the broadcast;
– Zapping through themes and programs, discovering new content while watching a show on TV, exploring with filters (eg, by IMDb on the VideoClube) or quick accessing to live sports programs;
– And much more…
