“InnovAction” is the first English edition of the publication previously named “Saber & Fazer”, edited in Portuguese between 2003 and 2015 (12 editions).

The english edition has the ambition to reach more people in new research, development and innovation geographies, which develop daily in Altice Labs, representing our ability to understand the technology and to create solutions that add and contribute with value to our clients.

It is also a way of sharing knowledge created in the various exploratory innovation projects, both internal and in open innovation with national and European industry, universities and R & D centers.

Presenting a total of seven articles, the 1st edition of “InnovAction” presents Altice Labs’s most relevant «approaches on technology, operations and business trends, namely:

– Article 1 – A vision towards 2020: Fierce competition and a world changing at a faster pace than ever before is what CSPs can expect from the forthcoming years. They definitively need a vision for the future;
