Altice Labs conducts training session for AICEP associate members in Angola

From the 30^th September to the 4^th October 2019, a training session was held at Angola Telecom’s facilities in Luanda, for the associate members of AICEP (International Association of Portuguese Expression Communications) in Angola (Angola Telecom, Unitel, Movicel, Angola Cables, MSTelecom and Zap). The course was taught by Isabel Borges, from the Technology and Innovation Strategy department.

The training session “Towards a Digital Service Provider” had as goals the identification of the main motivations for digital transformation, the new networks and associated technologies, the new “data driven” society in which the digital customer is at the core of the lifecycle of its products and services and the various processes for digital transformation in a telecommunications services provider.

This course allowed dozens of participants to acquire skills in digital transformation, geared towards communications services providers.
