Roles and responsibilities

• Work as systems designer expert or senior software engineer within our systems evolution teams;
• Apply software engineering principles, OOP design patterns, and services patterns;
• Develop mission-critical systems with very high availability and redundancy requirements.

Mandatory Job Skills

• Clear understanding of OOP principles and Design Patterns in highly distributed computing environments;
• Solid knowledge of best development practices and methodologies;
• Knowledge of computer architecture and networking;
• Knowledge of performance tunning;
• Knowledge of programming languages;
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in software engineering or similar field, or proven experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities;
• 5 years of experience in system development;
• Capacity to break down bigger requirements or features into defined parts, including products, processes, and functions;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience with information processing fundamentals and best practices;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, especially when under pressure;
• Above-average leadership and collaboration abilities;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Other preferred Skills for de Job

The following additional skills can be an advantage:

• Development languages: Java and/or Golang;
• Databases fundamentals;
• Networking fundamentals;
• Understand software, hardware, and user interactions, integrations, and interfaces;
• Experience with static code analysis and security scanning tools;
• Experience with unit testing.
