20 employees from Altice Labs headed to Covilhã on March 29th to get to know the Data Center, recognized worldwide for its architecture, innovation and design.
The visit began with a brief presentation by Manuel Macedo from Altice Portugal, who described the building and its characteristics, also explaining how the natural and environmental conditions of Covilhã (low humidity, low salinity, low seismic and flood risk) were important in the choice of location. This was followed by a guided tour of the most important points of the building. In the end, a joyful lunch followed. Despite the long journey, nothing ruined the good mood of all the participants from the beginning to the end of the tour! During the journey, on the bus, some activities took place to help create bonds between employees and a small quiz was held to test their knowledge about Altice Labs.
