BOTSchool, a solution created by Altice Labs, was highlighted at the CollabXperience 2023, an event organized by Collab, a company specialized in software development for contact centers. The initiative took place on September 20th and 21st.

Jorge Sousa, from the Network Systems and Platforms department and BOTSchool’s representative at the event, presented the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and conversational platforms to enhance the customer experience. He also took the opportunity to share some insights about the possibilities that the new generation of AI offers to companies.
