BOTSchool, a service of Altice Labs, is supporting a Digital Receptionist solution using a MUPI at Taguspark – Knowledge City.
Visitors can talk to the Digital Receptionist, in english or portuguese, and ask questions about several domains such as companies or people’s location and contact, public facilities like bathrooms, etc. It also features an avatar (digital persona), to increase the perception that the user is talking to a Digital Assistant.
