ProSeniorTV
The ProSeniorTV project aims to promote older adults active and healthy ageing. Using an iTV user interface, the user receives notifications that alert him about the dynamisation of social events/activities close to his residence area. This interface also allows the user to access gamified functionalities that encourage him to access those social events/activities to improve their classification in the game interface. The user can also test and improve his cognitive skills through the mini-games offered by this interface.

HUGTV – Helping Unite Generations Through Television
A system that connects older adults to other generations through notifications on TV.
This project consists of sending proactive notifications to the television. These messages encourage older adults to call or text their family and friends using only voice commands. The main objective is to assess whether this mechanism is capable of connecting generations.

The primary objective of this project was to construct a platform with the capability to automatically generate audio-visual content pertaining to social services. The platform, which was in development, was intended to extract news content from designated websites and then generate corresponding audio-visual content based on that information.

The objective of this project was to offer audio description for programs and enhance accessibility to these programs for visually impaired customers using the MEO IPTV service. This goal was achieved by establishing a new section within the MEO IPTV service that featured an accessible interface for this audience and supported the delivery of programs with audio descriptions.
