Our innovation activities are guided by a model where we analyze the internal and external context and the stakeholders’ interests. From this analysis, we derive the innovation risks and opportunities. This allows us to build and explore a scenario of the most likely future, by identifying RDI areas and innovation lines with high potential for growth; and to chart the most favorable route towards the desired future, planning the necessary actions throughout the innovation process.

We continuously engage in collaborative RDI projects as part of our sustained strategy for technological leadership. To this end, we play an active role in the Innovation Ecosystem, working in partnership with academia, RDI, suppliers and clients in several projects, based on a risk sharing model, resorting to external funding from the major national and international research and innovation support programmes.
