UX Methodologies in a practical application context – IADE Workshop

Responding to an invitation from IADE – European University, the Usability and User eXperience team of Altice Labs gave, on the 3^rd May, a workshop aimed at students of the Master of Interaction Design.

As part of the so-called IxD Seminars, the workshop entitled “UX Methodologies in a practical application context” was held at the facilities of the Portuguese Communications Foundation, open to the community in general.

In addition to the methodologies underlying Contextual Design, Icon Sorting, Expert Review and Usability Testing, practical exercises were developed that made it possible to sensitize the audience to the particularities of specifying the interfaces of Altice Labs systems and to the concrete needs of their users .

The workshop was punctuated by the curiosity shown by the trainees on the application of academic knowledge in the industry, ending with an invitation to hold a new edition of the workshop.
