The coordinator of the National Center of Telehealth visits Altice Labs

On the 20^th April, the National Center of Telehealth, recently created under the Ministry of Health, visited Altice Labs at the invitation of the MEO commercial area.

The different directions of PT related to this theme were presented, such as PTACS, as a provider of medical services (namely in the chronic patients monitoring service), PT Foundation, which is responsible for the development and diffusion of technological solutions to facilitate the communication of people with special needs (Eg TeleAula, PT MagicContact), and Altice Labs as developer of the Medigraf solutions (installed in the SNS of Azores and in the ARS center) and SmartAL (which includes TeleAula).

In the afternoon, a visit was made to some Altice Labs laboratories and the Medigraf and SmartAL solutions were demonstrated to Dr. Micaela Monteiro (Coordinator of the Shared Services of the Ministry of Health) and Dr. Carla Patrícia Loureiro, and had excellent receptivity reinforced by the final verbalization of congratulations by the functionalities demonstrated in these two products.
