The 10th edition of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair, carried out by the University of Minho students, gathered several companies and specialists in Braga to promote opportunities, knowledge and networking.

Altice Labs was represented, on the 15th November, with a lecture on the theme “Innovation Management” led by Fernando Morgado from the Coordination Technology and Innovation department, and there was a showcase of projects available under the GENIUS Programme .

As Alumini of the Computer Engineering course at the University of Minho, Altice Labs was  supported by Carlos Lopes, currently Research Fellow in the Network Systems Development and Implementation department.

Around 30 students from various areas of knowledge of this university visited the stand, whose areas of greatest interest were in the Smart Cities Applications, followed by Business Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning and Neural Networks (AI), IoT Networks (LPWAN), Devices, Protocols, Platforms or Applications.

This initiative reinforces Altice Labs’ model to attract human resources at the universities.
