Fulfilling its role as a space to share knowledge and discover new experiences, Future Labs held another workshop on the 14th July, from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, this time on Raspberry Pi.

Hosted by Paulo Gonçalves, from the Network Development Direction, this session was full with a very interested and engaged audience.

In this introductory session to Raspberry Pi various models and operating systems types  allowed by the equipment were presented.

Paulo Gonçalves had the opportunity to present several use cases related to his personal experience in the field of home automation, gaming and media center, always with the concern of being implementations with cost controlled and material easy to find in the market.

These sessions are intended, on the one hand, to provide those interested on the subject with some basic knowledge, and on the other hand to stimulate a local community of Raspberry Pi programmers, enhancing the use of this platform in playful and smart living projects.

This session was attended by 19 colleagues from Altice Labs drawn among more than 50 candidates to attend this session.
