Oracle today recognized PT Inovação e Sistemas with its 2014 Oracle Excellence Award for Specialized Partner of the Year – EMEA in Industry. PT Inovação e Sistemas is a (Gold) level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).
The Oracle Excellence Awards for Specialized Partner of the Year – EMEA encourage innovation by OPN members, who use Oracle’s products and technology to create value for customers. The award reflects PT Inovação e Sistemas success in adopting OPN’s Specialized approach which is aimed at enabling partners to establish industry recognition by following a formal process to become Specialized in key Oracle solution areas.
PT Inovação e Sistemas was presented the 2014 Oracle Excellence Award for Specialized Partner of the Year – EMEA in Industry for demonstrating excellence in the development and deployment of its “Telco in a Box” solution – an integrated, modular, and preconfigured Business Support System (BSS) and Operation Support System (OSS); developed in collaboration with Oracle since 2008. PT Inovação e Sistemas’ solution covers customer relationship management, billing and revenue management, analytics, reporting, and more components integrated with an Application Integration Architecture using Oracle Communications Solutions and Oracle Consulting Services. PT Inovação e Sistemas’ “Telco in a Box” framework supports Telco Operators to rapidly launch new telecommunications products and services, minimizing the risks of complex integrations.
PT Inovação e Sistemas deployed its “Telco in a Box” solution with various Tier 2, 3 and 4 Telco Operators in countries such as Portugal, Cape Verde, East Timor, Namibia and more recently in Brazil. These deployments are part of major IS/IT Transformation Programs, in which PT Inovação e Sistemas uses its own standards-based modules to support governance, change and campaign management, convergent service delivery and online charging – on top of its OCS system which provides real time services to more than 130 million subscribers worldwide.
