The 3rd September 2018 brought 9 new trainees to Altice Labs. Of this group, 2 have joined the GENIUS Programme, reinforcing the existing group of 11 scholarship holders, and 7 will be responsible for the official start of Altice Labs@VISEU. This new Pole thus begins its activity in facilities provided by the Municipal Council of Viseu in the context of the Vissaium XXI Programme.
They are, in the GENIUS Programme – Diogo Alves (Network Services and Platforms department) and Victor Cunha (Digital, Internet and Telvision department) and, in Altice Labs@VISEU – Diogo Marques and Frederico Carvalho (Network Development and Implementation department), Luís Miguel Fonseca, Miguel Figueiredo, Inês Figueiredo, Bruno Santos and Mariana Magalhães (Technological Coordination and Innovation department).
The projects involved in these internships are distributed by areas such as IoT, Big Data, Machine Learning and TV.
