The second edition of the internship program “Altice Labs Innovation Academy 2024” officially began in September, with the arrival of five students and five recent graduates from several universities across the country, namely the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra (FCTUC), the University of Aveiro (UA), the University of Madeira (UMadeira) and the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD).
Since July, this program has been welcoming new recent graduates and master’s degree holders, with six more interns who have started this enriching experience and now join this group of talented and innovative young people. All of them will have the opportunity to put their academic knowledge into practice, contributing to innovative projects at Altice Labs, in areas such as 5G and Future Networks, Digital Services and Platforms, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.
Throughout the year, the company will continue to integrate both academic and professional new talents, reinforcing its commitment to helping future professionals grow and expand. This ongoing investment also aims to enhance Altice Labs’ capacity to innovate, positioning it as one of the main catalysts of technological development worldwide.
