MEO’s New Customer Area

MEO clients have now access to a new Client Area, which represents an evolution of the previous Client Area on TV. This new area, in addition to a renewed interface consistent with the new MEO image, also features new functionality in line with those available on the web version.

Among the features provided in this release, it is highlighted:

                – Payment of the last invoice;

                – Listing of the latest invoices;

                – Videoclube consumption and invoice detail;

                – Direct debit accession/change;

                – Electronics invoice accession/change;

                – Customer information and subscribed packages (television, fixed and mobile Internet, telephone, mobile, Meo Go);

                – Fixed Internet information (WiFi) and ability to change data access;

                – Consumption of mobile broadband;

                – Mobile information (PIN, PUK, SIM, IMEI) and Internet consumption, Voice, SMS and MMS;

                – Activation of the additional Internet package;

                – Information of business accounts.

Once again it was entrusted to PT Inovação e Sistemas and its Interactive Television staff, a CORE MEO IPTV project in the area of applications / interactive services.
