Developed by Altice Labs, Altice Portugal announced yesterday that MEO is available on Apple TV, being the first portuguese operator to partner with the north-american technology company, “another step” to leadership in the television segment.
It is a “one of a kind and one of the first global partnership” between a telecom operator and the north-american technology company, said Alexandre Fonseca, CEO of Altice Portugal, while speaking to the journalists, on the sidelines of the announcement of this partnership.
With this agreement and the development by Altice Labs, MEO customers using Apple TV 4K boxes will have MEO television service and services provided by the north-american company, namely Apple Music, Apple Arcade and other applications and various themes, such as games, fitness and education, all integrated on the same platform.
