A KShare on the theme of Patents was held on the 30th April 2019. In this knowledge sharing, hosted by Isilda Costa, from the Regulation, Competition and Juridical department, subjects such as inventions protection, limitations on the object and on the patent, the criteria of patentability, searches in databases and protection routes were addressed.
Some more practical aspects have also been mentioned, in particular in relation to Altice Labs’ internal procedures for the management of intellectual property, as well as some rules to be taken into account when drafting a Patent Application.
This session was widely attended by the participants, who were able to clarify some of the many doubts that persist regarding this topic.
