On July 13th and 14th, Altice Labs welcomed two representatives from the Human Resources team of Cabo Verde Telecom (CVT). The main purpose of this visit was to provide a brief training session with the Altice Labs Human Resources Team, strengthening the ties we maintain with this client.
Throughout these two intense days, it was possible to introduce the company with its unique business and organizational culture, as well as share the main areas of human resources activities and ongoing projects. The program also included a visit to the facilities and iconic places, a sharing of engagement initiatives promoted by Altice Labs. There was also time to taste the company’s craft beer, Beer Labs, and enjoy a moliceiro boat ride to get to know the city of Aveiro.
The sharing of experiences between the two teams was very valuable, as it allowed the identification of ideas that can help better structure this important human resources management activity.
