Once again, we honored tradition at Altice Labs with a chestnut roasting event that brought joy, roasted chestnuts, “jeropiga” (a Portuguese alcoholic beverage), and relaxation to all present.
This year, the “summer of St. Martin” didn’t come true, and the gathering took place indoors in the cafeteria, which was decorated with props alluding to the season. There was no space for the usual bonfire, but the two outdoor roasters emitted a delightful aroma that attracted more than 200 people who couldn’t resist a delicious cone filled with warm roasted chestnuts.
This activity provided another opportunity to strengthen bonds among colleagues, promote team spirit, and enjoy a moment of camaraderie and fun. Other branches of Altice Labs also celebrated this day, including those in Porto and Oiã.
