INtoDrones was the name given to the first drone event held by Future Labs and that, given the high interest, it was divided into two sessions.

The first one, which took place on the 24th March and the second on the 31st March, both from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., allowed around 40 Altice Labs employees to find out more about drones and their possibilities, as well as for the already adventurous in the theme, to share their experiences and knowledge.

Vitor Neves, from Altice Labs’ Internet and Television Direction and responsible for the dynamization of these sessions, said: “It allowed knowledge sharing, but I mostly enjoyed the interest shown by the collaborators and the ideas that we have obtained for Future Labs, which could perfectly well be products in the future“.

Future Labs is the Digital Innovation Lab of Altice Labs, a space open to the community for rapid prototyping and experimentation, allowing the exploration of new concepts, trends and technologies in a controlled environment through equipment and tools in the areas of electronics, programming, robotics, sensors and automation. It will feature mentors from Altice Labs and from communities of makers to help seize and test prototype ideas, taking advantage of the opportunities created by digital transformation in industry and society. Besides being a space that allows to transform ideas into products, it is also a space of knowledge sharing, discovery of new experiences and creation of new areas of knowledge intersection.
