The European Data Protection Day, celebrated on January 28th, was created in 2006 by the European Council’s Comittee of Ministers. To celebrate this date, Altice Labs promoted five challenges during a week, giving away multiple prizes to the participants.
From Monday to Thursday, a single question was posed on Microsoft Teams to test employees’ knowledge on the General Data-Protection Regulation. Whoever got the answer right was given a code to open a “treasure box” hidden in the Aveiro Campus.
The fastest employee to find and open the box would win the game and a merchandising kit of Altice Labs.
On Firday, the 27th, the challenge was directed for those we were working from home. Participants had to answer five questions and to select the winner, a draw was made among those who answered all the answers correctly.
