Feitoria do Cacao, based in Aveiro, produces excellent chocolate and unique flavors from the raw cocoa beans to the finished tablet.
These characteristics are differentiated due to the choice of cocoa, roasting, peeling, grinding, refining, tempering and packaging by hand.
A workshop was held in the Altice Labs canteen where an explanation was given about cocoa and its origin, the world of chocolate, demonstration of a Bean to Bar chocolate process, cocoa grinding and, finally, the best part: chocolate tasting.
It was in a full room that 50 collaborators of Altice Labs learned concepts about chocolate and appreciated the different flavors.
