Lemon biscuits and hungarian cookies were the biscuits that 40 collaborators learned how to make and tasted on the 16th January, at the Altice Labs Cafeteria.

For this workshop, the participants were presented with the wisdom and art of the Pastry Chef Pedro Fonseca, graduated by the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Porto in Pastry Management and Production.

The audience was very interested and some of the participants were able to help in the preparation of the cookies, while waiting for those who were just coming out of the oven.
