On the 26th of May, 63 students from the University of Algarve were distinguished in a public ceremony that took place in the Grand Auditorium of the Gambelas Campus, with the delivery of Excellence Scholarships.
Altice Labs, which has an office in the Algarve, rewarded the merit and academic excellence of two students by awarding two of these scholarships. Thus, it reinforced the partnership and closeness with the University of Algarve.
The purpose of this initiative is to motivate the best students to continue their education in this Academy, providing them with quality teaching.
This year’s initiative, which is already in its tenth edition, had the participation of 44 companies and has already awarded 455 students, totaling a support of more than 405 thousand euros.
