MEO has become one more customer to take advantage, in production, of the new features of ArQoS major version 7.

ArQoS system platform is a top solution in the areas of Quality of Experience Monitoring and Service Quality, covering Engineering, Operations, Marketing, CRM and Top Management, offering a global vision of the user’s perception about the network, service quality and performance levels.

This new version has severeal new features which include the new look & feel, in accordance with the new image of NOSSIS Suite products from Altice Labs.

Version 7 was successfully put into production on the 25th july by the teams from SSO3 Assurance and Security and DSR31 RF Wireless and Probing QoS from Altice Labs in collaboration with the DEO/DIT teams from MEO.

The commitment and professionalism of these teams contributed decisively to the success and minimal impact on the operations on MEO’s monitoring and performance management central system.

The plan was tight in order to cause the minimum period of unavailability and it was strictly respected with the installation, configuration and SW testing, in parallel with an update of 160 probes, taking place during one day, and it was emphasised the speed and manner in which this complex upgrade was made.
