Between June and September 2017, Altice Labs hosts some summer internships from national and international schools / universities.

This initiative is part of the proximity strategy to universities as an innovation management model, allowing them to work on projects that leverage knowledge in leading-edge areas and, at the same time, make themselves known to a high-potential target audience.

These summer internships provide the opportunity to accomplish small creative projects that will allow to develop useful skills for the future academic journey.

Most of these internships take place at the Future Labs, focusing on themes such as creating a small, interactive 3D printed chatbot using Raspberry Pi, automatic parking management in a private space using Drones and public APIs, remote robot control evaluating the effect and network reliability in scenarios with 5G applications and also IoT in home automation, equipment logistics, Infrastructure and Data Center and Usability Testing.
