Altice Labs made a strong impact at DTW Ignite 2025, one of the world’s leading events for innovation in communications systems, held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from June 17 to 19. This year’s edition featured our presence both on stage with a technical talk and at the Catalyst project booth, reinforcing our active role in the global digital transformation ecosystem.

The main highlight was the official launch of NOSSIS Genius, a suite of AI Agents that enhances operational automation by leveraging the capabilities of our OSS platform – NOSSIS.

On the main stage, Guilherme Araújo from the Business and Operations Support Systems unit delivered the talk “AI-Agents: The Light Inside The Dark NOC”. The session showcased how Altice Labs is already deploying artificial intelligence agents in real-world scenarios, presenting concrete use cases powered by the NOSSIS suite and NOSSIS Genius. The presentation emphasized our ability to bring intelligent automation, proactivity, and operational visibility to traditionally complex environments like the Network Operations Center (NOC).

We also contributed to the demonstration of the Catalyst project results under the theme: “Broadband as a Service: The Future of Wholesale Broadband Ordering – Phase II”, in collaboration with major industry players such as Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, CityFibre, and others – reinforcing our role as a key solution provider in the broadband market.

Altice Labs’ participation in DTW Ignite was a strategic opportunity to boost our international visibility and to explore new collaboration opportunities with telecom operators and technology partners from around the globe.

Team members from the Business and Operations Support Systems, Global Business Development, and Business Coordination Office represented Altice Labs at the event, showcasing the expertise, energy, and ambition that define our commitment to shaping the future of telecom operations with intelligent solutions.
