Altice Labs was once again present at Network X, which took place at the Porte de Versailles in Paris from October 8th to October 10th of 2024. This event, one of the most significant in the telecommunications sector, brought together over 5,000 participants, including 300 specialists and representatives from over 100 countries.
Altice Labs’ presence focused on presenting innovative solutions for the access network and operational support systems (OSS). At their stand, visitors had the opportunity to explore the latest products and solutions developed by the company, such as optical distribution networks, advanced network management systems (AGORA and M&C), Multi PON modules with next-generation 10G PON architectures, and Wi-Fi solutions suitable for various home environments, including Wi-Fi 7. They also showcased, among others, Smart Life and Connected Home solutions, reinforcing Altice Labs’ position as a global player in technologies for the connectivity of the future.
On October 8th, Cláudio Rodrigues, from the Development of Advanced Connectivity Solutions (DAC)department at Altice Labs, participated in a debate about the evolution of access technologies and the transition to multi-service broadband.
Tiago Pereira, responsible for the Global Business Development (GBD) department, highlighted the importance of the event, stating: “Network X is an excellent event for establishing industry relationships, as well as a privileged space to discuss, design, and define how technology can help improve connectivity and people’s lives. It is always gratifying to be part of this process.”
The Altice Labs stand also featured the presence of Paulo Firmeza, General Manager of Altice Labs, Gil Brito, Director of DAC, Jorge Pinto, Director of the Business Coordination Office (BCO), and Alexandre Laranjeira, from the Business and Operations Support Systems (BOS) department, as well as Paulo Mão Cheia, José Machado, and André Brízido (DAC), José Durães and André Carmo (GBD), Marta Esteves, responsible for Communications, and Sara Ferreira, Executive Assistant.
Network X will return to Paris next year, and Altice Labs is already preparing its participation, upholding its commitment to leading innovation and continuing to define the future of connectivity.
