Altice Labs present in Santa Maria da Feira at BIZFEIRA 2017

The conference on “Industry 4.0” was held on the 9^th  June 2017 in Santa Maria da Feira.

Paulo Neves, Alexandre Fonseca, Carlos Sá Carneiro from MEO and Alcino Lavrador from Altice Labs participated in various moments of the event related to Industry 4.0 and Smart Cities.

A MoU was signed between Santa Maria da Feira City Council, MEO, Altice Labs and IT Center, with the main objective of identifying urban services and local challenges where smart cities solutions can be developed and implemented.

This MoU focuses mainly on the areas of environmental sustainability, resource efficiency, waste management, mobility, participation and citizenship, leisure, protection and safety, education, health and active aging, tourism and culture.

Altice Labs was present at the Europarque Congress Center, where the event took place, with an exhibition that included a virtual visit to Altice Labs in video (performed through a drone), an animation with a presentation of the R&D areas and projects and a stand with equipment.
