In September, the EPIA 2019 – European Conference on Artificial Intelligence was held in Vila Real.
This conference, which was sponsored by APPIA (Portuguese Association for Artificial Intelligence), promotes research in all areas of Artificial Intelligence, as well as the exchange of scientific knowledge between researchers, engineers and other participants.
Diogo Alves, Bruno Valente, Ricardo Ângelo Filipe and Maria Manuel Castro from the Network and Platform Services department presented an article in the “Business Applications of Artificial Intelligence” track.
The article “A Recommends System for Telecommunication Operator’s Campaigns” presents an advertising campaign recommendations system, aimed at telecom operators. The article presentation was carried out by Diogo Alves.
