Innovation in the way of attracting and retaining technology professionals and future skills were two of the various topics discussed this year at the largest event in the central region linked to innovation and technology. TECNET byte aimed to bring together all the players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in an initiative that brought together a panel of leading speakers, parallel sessions and a technology exhibition, in an edition marked by the promotion of a Circular Future.

Altice Labs was represented by Gabriela Moura, from the Human Resources Department, on June 21st, on the panel led by João Falcão e Cunha, a professor at FEUP, on the subject of attracting and retaining professionals and the skills of the future, sharing the experience of Altice Labs.

This year’s event, promoted by SANJOTEC in São João da Madeira, had around 300 participants, 50 speakers and 41 companies and partners.
