Altice Labs took part in the third plenary meeting of the SUNRISE-6G consortium, held in Athens, Greece, on May 15–16, 2025. Represented by Bruno Santos and André Gomes from the Innovation Strategy and Communication division, the company reaffirmed its commitment to technological innovation and research in 6G networks.

Organized by the Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation S.A. (OTE), the event brought together all project partners to review key technical developments and define strategic planning.

The meeting agenda focused on updates regarding technical implementation progress, project coordination and management, communication efforts, and the consortium’s participation in EuCNC & 6G Summit 2025, where live demonstrations were showcased. A highlight of the meeting was the first demonstration of the SUNRISE-6G Experimentation Portal, designed as a central access point for running 6G trials across the project’s testbeds.

In addition to its active role in project activities, Altice Labs stood out by promoting the InnovAction article “Network Federated Ecosystem with Blockchain” and contributing to the consortium’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) objectives through the patent “Blockchain-Based Network Device Identity Management Method”.
