Altice Labs attended the Lisbon AI Meetup on November 8th. This event took place at the headquarters of Altice Portugal in Lisbon and looked at some of the most recent and fascinating updates in Artificial Intelligence, discussing how AI is reshaping different sectors and what this means for our future.
After a welcoming session by Kunal Gupta, CEO of ai.pt, Pedro Carvalho, from the Innovation Strategy and Digital department, gave a presentation on Altice and Altice Labs.
Jorge Sousa, from the Network and Platform Services department, gave a pitch on the use of AI in our products and services. The focus was on BOTSchool, a product that incorporates Artificial Intelligence in its genesis, and which already incorporates features based on Generative AI and Large Language Models, making the platform even more complete, allowing the creation and management of virtual assistants to be more intuitive.
