This was the motto for the conference that was held on the 16th of September  about “Strategic choices and collaborative solutions” which was attended by Paulo Pereira, Director of Technology and Innovation Strategy at Altice Labs, in a presentation on the panel on “Artificial Intelligence and Automation in the Relationship with the Client” where he discussed how the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help companies to respond to the client’s needs, to have a more predictive management, to be able to automate processes and create unique experiences for their clients.

Paulo Pereira explained that “Technology alone is nothing more than that. Like any new technology, disruptive power is closely linked to the ability to generate value.”
