Altice Labs participates in a class on Customer Journey Maps at DETI in the University of Aveiro

At the invitation of Professor Ilídio Oliveira from the Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics department of the University of Aveiro,  in the context of the Systems Modeling Analysis discipline (MIECT course, 3^rd year), the Altice Labs’ Usability and User Experience team was present on the 18^th October to speak on the theme: Customer Journey Maps.

As part of the requirements specification, the goal was to present a user-centric rational that enhances the identification of effective requirements, oriented to the user’s real needs.

Cátia Oliveira, together with Inês Oliveira and Daniela Pereira, organized this session, which consisted of 4 groups that worked in the maps for a specified problem.

This invitation happened in the context of the work carried out by Cátia Oliveira with DETI groups in projects between the University and the Altice Labs’ Digital, Internet and Television department.
