The University of Aveiro, through the Technological Bike Platform, launched a national challenge, the commitment to cycling which ambitions to reach the largest number of people and institutions.
The goal is that the four wheels are replaced by two, with more bikes, better cities, healthier society and economy. The challenge of this initiative, to be held on an annual basis, aims to stimulate the different participating organizations to promote regular bicycle use among its employees, customers, visitors, associates, or the general public.
Altice Labs joined the challenge instilling this concern for the environment, health, healthier society and economy in workers, having in some way, started this idea for six years, distributing some bicycles by its employees, creating dedicated parking facilities and providing bicycles to offer bikesharing services, pledging to continue the challenge.
