Roasted and warm chestnuts, jeropiga and good mood among employees. These were the main ingredients of St. Martin’s gathering that took place during the afternoon of 11 November at Altice Labs’ facilities. Around 200 people were present in this magusto thus fulfilling the tradition.
Other Altice Labs’ offices also celebrated this day, namely, Oia, Porto, Ribeira Brava and Terceira Island.
This was another activity carried out by the company that marked the return to “normality”. After the pandemic forced us to distance ourselves and adopt new working methods, these activities are important not only to create a healthier work environment, but also to bring people together.
And it was exactly this message that some employees brought to the attention of our communication team. “We spend so little time in the company that any moment like this is important because it allows the team to socialize and also with other co-workers that we rarely see” says Rita Félix from the Technology and Innovation Strategy department. Dieter Matias, from the Human Resources department, reinforces that these events are a “good way to meet co-workers in person, to create relationships and bonds and, above all, moments with them”.
