The 4th edition of the Aveiro City Race, an urban pedestrian orienteering event with courses adapted to all participants, from the most experienced athletes to beginners, took place on the 27th and 28th of November.
Five employees from Altice Labs were present in this event, this year marked by the realization of a night stage, which took place at Parque da Cidade. Bruno Gameiro, one of the participants, mentioned that participating in the Aveiro City Race “was another activity that Altice Labs provided to some employees and that put them in contact with orienteering, a modality that for many is completely unknown. Furthermore, the possibility to participate in a team, without any competitive pressure, was very good for strengthening ties between colleagues and for having a very fun beginning of the evening.”
The Aveiro City Race was organized by the Municipality of Aveiro and Ori-Estarreja.
