The Youth Foundation held, in virtual format, on the 2nd and 3rd of December, the 4th National Exhibition of Young Entrepreneurs. This is considered the biggest event of youth entrepreneurship that happens in Portugal. It was attended by dozens of young people and several projects were presented.

A set of renowned speakers were part of the conference program. João Bastos, from Technology and Innovation Strategy  department of Altice Labs, was at the event, on the 3rd of December, making an intervention on the theme “The cities of the future and the challenges for entrepreneurs: the data industries, 4.0 and 5G”. He also spoke about the ENTER program, which seeks to support startups and allow the acceleration of their own innovation process, mobilizing new entrepreneurs and fostering the development of companies with ambition.

In this exhibition, 48 projects developed by young people between 15 and 25 years old competed in the categories of creative entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. The objective was to stimulate the creation of ideas and the innovative businesses. The first three classified in each category won a prize money.
