The “ACM@SRR” KShare was held on the 14th December.
Organized by some elements involved in the project – César Couto, Ricardo Melo and João Silva (Network Services and Platforms), Marta Paiva (Technological Coordination and Innovation) – the main purpose of this KShare, among other aspects, was to present the challenges overcome by the team, the main difficulties experienced, as well as the strategies used to win the client’s trust and, thus, turn ACM @ SRR into another success story of Altice Labs.
This ACM&SRR project, which lasted approximately 6 months and involved around 15 people from Altice Labs and 15 people from the Société Réunionnaise du Radiotéléphone, aimed at providing this operator with the ability to carry out campaigns with its customers using the ACM tool from Altice Labs.
Focusing on very practical aspects, the hosts of this KShare talked about how to deal closely with the teams of the Société Réunionnaise du Radiotéléphone, what are the specificities to take into account, complementing this information with their testimonials.
Ricardo Melo, Project Manager, gave a general presentation of the project, highlighting the most positive and negative aspects regarding the implementation of the project. César Couto and João Silva, elements of Altice Labs on the ground, took an approach to the customer context. A post-implementation analysis of the project was also made, highlighting what could have been done differently in the light of the experience gained.
