In early January, Active Campaign Manager (ACM) entered Production at the Société Réunionnaise du Radiotéléphone (SRR), Altice operator for the Reunion Islands and Mayotte in the South West of the Indian Ocean.

This is the first installation of ACM on an Altice Group client.

Active Campaign Manager is a solution with a simple and intuitive interface that allows the definition, configuration, testing, execution and monitoring of campaign results.

It allows companies to increase their customer base, increase loyalty and satisfaction, leverage products and services acquisition and reduce operating costs. This is possible through the use of personalized offers and bonus assignment based on customer behavior, composing highly attractive campaigns that meet the needs of the customer in real time.

In the first campaigns launched in January (one of Anti-Churn and one of Incentive to Recharge), the results were very satisfactory, with lifts on the control group of 9% and 5%, respectively.

At the same time, in Cape Verde, at CVMóvel, the ACM was upgraded, from v2 to v4, thus enhancing the use of new product features in this client, and reaching the objective of discontinuing v2 in the last customer of Altice Labs that still held it.
