2nd Edition of the Internet Day@UA 2018 – Leisure and Pleasure

At the invitation of the Communication and Art Department and the DigiMedia Research Center of the University of Aveiro, Altice Labs was present at the Internet Day 2018 – Leisure and Pleasure, held on the 17^th May, represented by Inês Oliveira and Carlos Figueiredo (Digital, Internet & Television).

This event was intended to be a celebration of the Internet Day and had an international and a national speaker who shared their vision and research regarding the influence of this medium in society and in the way of studying.

In a second moment, the participating companies had the opportunity to introduce themselves to the students of this department and to exchange suggestions on works developed by them. It was also possible to present the opportunities available to students, in the particular case of Altice Labs, from the GENIUS/InovaRia Programme which is active with several possible projects in different areas of its ​​activity.

This was another excellent proximity opportunity alongside universities, in the context of Altice Labs’ Innovation Management programme.
