During two weeks, PT Inovação e Sistemas, in Aveiro, received 51 trainees for training in the key issues of the telecommunications areas.
Considered as one of the best management practices to attract young talents, the Trainees Program focus on the training and development of soft skills in the context of technological convergence for the Fixed, Mobile, Innovation and Information Systems business of the PT Group.
The training in Aveiro lasted 4 days and addressed the main topics of Introduction to Fixed Networks, Introduction to Mobile Networks, Next Generation Networks and IPTV.
In order to consolidate this knowledge, the trainees went to the fixed network station in Aveiro and the mobile network station in São Jacinto.
Several presentation about PT Inovação e Sistemas were also included in the program, namely MEO demonstrations, visits to the laboratories, presentations about the NGIN, Quantum and NOSSIS ans exploration of the theme “How to boost innovation in PT”.
