Altice Labs has been named a finalist in the “Most Innovative AI Application to Enhance Customer Experience” category at the FutureNet World 2025 Awards. This recognition highlights the development of an advanced solution designed to improve customer experience in the telecommunications sector by providing automated, real-time responses to service status complaints made via call centers.

The solution combines the capabilities of Altice Labs’ BOTSchool conversational platform with the NOSSIS Assurance diagnostic and monitoring system, enabling faster identification, diagnosis, and resolution of common network issues. Unlike traditional methods that rely on manual analysis by Customer Support Representatives, this approach automatically processes user complaints at the very start of the call, cross-referencing them with real network conditions and detecting patterns often missed by conventional monitoring tools.

By structuring and correlating diagnostic test data in real time with customer-provided information, the system significantly speeds up the process of detecting and resolving network failures.

This international recognition strengthens our commitment to transforming the way customers interact with telecom services and to developing innovative products that truly make a difference.

The winners of FutureNet World 2025 will be announced during the event on May 7 in London, where Altice Labs will be present.
