The consortium of the Imagine-B5G project held its latest plenary meeting at the Instituto de Telecomunicações in Aveiro on March 11 and 12. The event focused on strategic planning for the project’s final year and reviewing its progress.
Altice Labs was represented by Carlos Marques, Álvaro Gomes, and Francisco Fontes from the Innovation Strategy and Communication (ISC) division, underscoring the company’s key role in this important European initiative.
Over the two days, consortium members worked on strengthening partnerships and exploring future synergies. The first day featured a technical review of the project, use case presentations, and progress updates on projects from Open Call 1 and Open Call 2. The second day focused on validating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KVIs (Key Value Indicators), presenting projects from Open Call 3, business modeling, and planning management for the project’s last year.
With all partners present, the meeting was marked by moments of innovation, collaboration, and enriching discussions about the future of Beyond 5G technologies.
Altice Labs plays a crucial role in the project, leading the task of KPI validation as well as managing and supporting projects from the Open Calls that utilize the private 5G network on the Altice Labs campus.
