Altice Labs participates in seminar on Machine Learning at Coimbra’s Higher Institute of Engineering

On December 4th, Filipe Cabral Pinto from Altice Labs’ Innovation Strategy and Communication department was invited as a speaker at a seminar on Machine Learning by the Coimbra Higher Engineering Institute (ISEC).

Aimed at enhancing the content of the Machine Learning subject in ISEC’s master’s in computer engineering, the seminar delved into topics such as “AI-based Digital Enabler,” and “The 6G-PATH Project.” Filipe Pinto’s presentation highlighted the main stages and challenges of a real project developed by Altice Labs, providing students with practical insights into applying Machine Learning to concrete problems.

This participation underscores Altice Labs’ commitment to supporting prestigious higher education institutions in Portugal, fostering initiatives that contribute to the development of future professionals.
