The Telecommunications Institute (IT) of Aveiro hosted the first plenary meeting of the 6G-PATH project on May 14 and 15, 2024, bringing together the project partners.
During the event, various topics were discussed, highlighting the evolution of the platform architecture and its verticals, as well as the experimentation environment for different use cases. Notably, IT demonstrated the autonomous car that will be used throughout the 6G-PATH project.
Filipe Cabral Pinto and Miguel Mesquita, both from Altice Labs’ Innovation Strategy and Communication department, attended the event, representing the company at this plenary meeting. Altice Labs is involved in developing a B5G testbed aimed at testing advanced services for future cities, with a particular emphasis on mobility supported by artificial intelligence.
