Spark, a New Zealand telecommunications operator, visited PT Inovação e Sistemas in the premises of Aveiro and Oporto. It intended to see how the company has helped telecom operators to implement their B/OSS transformation programs.
Following its own plan of technological transformation, Spark New Zealand is doing a world tour by several telecommunications operators, in order to get references and experiences of other operators who are in the process of transformation.
In this context, Portugal Telecom is a natural reference, either by its transformation program, either by the long-standing involvement with Spark, due to other visits and exchange of experiences. It is highlighted the participation of PT Inovação e Sistemas (through the Competence Center OM Ericsson/ConceptWave) in the Spark’s Order Management.
Besides knowing the Competence Center Order Management, in the Oporto offices, the delegation attended a demonstration of PT Order Manager (NSOM) and the presentation of PT Inovação e Sistemas’ framework. it was also demonstrated the Network Activator and NetQ products and the Experience TV solution.
